It is with great pleasure that I write this recommendation for Keith O’Rourke.  Keith represented my husband and I during the sale of our first home and purchase of our second. 
 
When we were selling our house, I was most impressed with Keith’s knowledge of market trends.  He provided good, solid advice that allowed us to price a house correctly in a declining market.  Our house sold within 90 days of us listing with him.  I have continued to watch the prices of homes in our old neighborhood, and I can say, with confidence, that Keith gave us good guidance, relative to timing, about the listing and selling price.  Our buyer wanted to close within three weeks, and Keith did his job to make that happen.
 
We then gave Keith the difficult task of helping us find a new house.  We wanted to close on both houses at the same time.  But, we weren’t sure about the price range or even the location.  Keith was so patient with us.  He took us to look at everything we wanted to look at, which is what we needed to do to be confident in our eventual choice.  Two weeks later, we found “the house”.  During negotiations, I most appreciated Keith’s level headed, professional approach.  His reason was a balance to our emotion.  In the end, Keith basically did the impossible and we were able to close on both houses at the same time.
 
We expected certain things from a realtor.  We expected professionalism and knowledge of markets.  We expected expertise in the closing process.  And, we expected to feel like our realtor cared about us making decisions that were good for us.  Keith not only met these expectations, but he surpassed them.  We are extremely happy in the outcome of our buying and selling experience and would recommend Keith to anyone looking for a realtor.
